Dale Tiffany have been producing Tiffany Style Lamps for thirty years.
Dale Tiffany are one of the leading producers of Tiffany Style products.
They go the extra mile when sourcing unique colors and finishes to recreate quality Tiffany lamps.
Unlike many studios they use a hand-casting technique to pour the metal lamp bases.
And the shades they make use hand rolled art glass and are constructed using the traditional copper foil method as devised by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
A ring of striking green and amber butterflies sits atop a copper colored band on the otherwise cream colored shade of the Briar Tiffany Dragonfly Floor Lamp for sale on Amazon.
The shade features hand rolled glass on a resin and metal base finished in an antique bronze finish. The base is relatively intricate for a Tiffany Style floor lamp, but not overtly so that it detracts from the impact of the shade.
The sturdy base adds an additional bit of character to the lamp.
The lamp is illuminated by two 100 watt bulbs and can be turned on and off with either an on/off socket or a pull chain switch.
Personally I would rather see more glass pieces in the shade for a lamp of this price. There is a nice amount of striation within each glass piece.
Perhaps due to the price, but there are only a limited number of reviews of this lamp on Amazon. This is the highest priced dragonfly floor lamp I have reviewed.
One purchaser has recorded issues with the build quality of the finial and a non-working light with his purchase, but was easily resolved by good customer services from Dale Tiffany with replacement parts.
From such a limited number of reviews this easily could have been an isolated incident, given Dale’s reputation in the market.
Across all purchasers the lamp is described as beautiful, very beautiful, loved with vibrant colors and stunningly gorgeous. A lamp that can win compliments.

This Warehouse of Tiffany’s Dragonfly Floor Lamp is the most reviewed Tiffany Style Dragonfly floor lamp on Amazon, with a colossal 259 customer reviews at the time of writing.
The Torchiere Tiffany Style Lamp is patterned with a myriad of differing color hues in deep red, deep purple, deep green and gold, featuring subtly concealed dragonflies.
The craftsmanship in the lamp is quite exquisite with the shade containing over 200 pieces of hand cut glass stained glass. The top edge is nicely scalloped.
The shade isn’t perhaps the widest at 15 inches in diameter, but it certainly packs a punch.
The solid zinc base and carousel-style pole aren’t too fussy and complement the shade nicely. The lamp adds a lot of character to the room and is quite a presence. The manufacturers photos do not do justice to how big the lamp is.
The lamp is described by Amazon customers as having “a lot of eye-appeal” and Ray describes it as “Beautiful, mesmerizing, symbolic lighting”. When lit he goes on to describe the dragonflies as “vibrant”, with a quality that “seem to follow you round the room”.
Nikita was delighted with her lamp “over the moon about this floor lamp! It projects gorgeous color onto the wall behind it, and the glass is vibrant and expensive looking”
The packaging is solid, but many purchasers have commented that the Styrofoam breaks up making a mess.
A few people have used energy efficient bulbs, such as a CFL bulb, that project more light than a normal 60 watt bulb as recommended for the lamp, to help show off the shades colors in even more glory!
Due to the up lighting nature of this lamp, it should be considered more for ambient lighting and as a feature for your room, than for reading purposes.

The Tiffany Style dome shade on 1908 Studios Dragonfly Floor Lamp features intricate design that is full of color. The shade is made from hand rolled glass and constructed in the traditional copper foil method.
With a blue base with red and creamy yellow glass panels the shade is sure to pack a visual punch in any setting. The impressive large dragonflies bordering the rim of the shade in opulent red really stand out from the background colors.
The colors of the shade are found by Amazon customers to be vibrant and clear.
